  • LLM-powered timecard processing: ~15%+ phase classification accuracy even on "dirty" data

  • Matter similarity matching: ~95%+ accuracy using embeddings-based search to find the most relevant historical precedents

  • Scope extraction: Automated extraction of key scope and assumption variables from time narratives

  • Interactive proposal canvas: Generate first-draft pricing with multi-scenario modeling (fixed-fee vs. hourly, leverage sliders)

  • AFA variations: Adjust rates, staffing mix, AI tool usage and see real-time impact on cost and margin

  • Export to proposals: One-click PDF/presentation output ready for client delivery

Lifecycle management:

  • Fee tracking: Visibility on incurred fees against expected budget and predictive forecasting for the remainder of the matter

  • In scope / out of scope triggers: Breakdown of work done that is in or out of scope compared to the RFP response

  • Automatic WIP updates: Ability for lawyers to create regular and templated WIP updates to forward to clients to increase realisation rates

Platform Foundation:

  • Data Lake Integration: Read-only connector for secure, rapid ingestion of historical data

  • Azure-aligned deployment: Secure, scalable multi-tenant architecture

  • ISO 27001 compliant: Audit actively underway; penetration testing in progress

Public Benchmarks (In Active Development):

  • Patent Litigation Benchmarks: Public filing data, fee structures, and matter economics from court records

  • International Arbitration Benchmarks: Publicly available arbitration data to supplement internal costing

  • Expanding Coverage: Additional practice areas planned for Q1-Q2 2026

Enhanced Pricing Capabilities:

  • Firm Language: Templated scopes and assumptions based on firm approved language with variations highlighted

  • Scenario Mapping: Ability to model different pricing scenarios, compare alternate pricing scenarios and simulate the impact of the firm's AI investments
